How do I know the frequency and time to use different serums?

What do I do if my skin has some adverse reaction to any of your products?

Shipping & Returns

What is our return policy?

We offer returns and refunds in the following situations

  • You have received the wrong order.
  • You received an expired product.
  • You received a damaged product.
Is the shipping fee refundable?

No, the shipping fees will not be refunded.
When can you expect your refund?

The refund will be processed within 2-3 days after we receive the product back.
How long does it take for your order to be shipped and delivered?

The order is processed and dispatched on the same day you place the order. Further, it will take about 2-3 working days for our delivery executive to deliver the order to your doorstep!
Where do you deliver?

We are currently shipping to India only. Please watch out this space for information on international shipping.
